Your brain never runs out of things to change about you. It has a long, comprehensive list but, amazingly, even if you somehow managed to fix everything on the list, your brain would just create another list.

This isn’t because you are hopelessly flawed. It is because your brain is relentlessly good at its job: finding what’s gone wrong.

You can change anything you want about yourself and you never have to settle for the way you are living if you want it to be different. But if you are making changes so that you can like yourself or be good enough, self-improvement projects are not the way to do it. 

In fact, there is nothing you can do to feel better about yourself. If you want to feel better about yourself, there are only things you can think. I explain it all in today’s video. I hope it helps!
