A lot of us have big dreams and goals and things we want to do in our lives. But as soon as we go to do them, we encounter resistance. We often feel scared or tired or inadequate or unmotivated.

And when this happens we might find ourselves saying, “I don’t want to do this.”

“I don’t want to” is a lie and it is a thought error that can keep us from a lot of the really great things we want to create in our lives.
